Enjoy a sparkling night out – and help the school
Only a few tables remain for the Silver Ball on Saturday 18 October at the Hilton Hotel at Avisford Park. It promises to be a special occasion. This is our main fundraising event of the term in aid of the new Creative Arts Centre. This will have new Drama and Dance studios, together with a recording studio and Art rooms. Open in September 2009, it will be a fantastic centre for our creative and talented pupils.
A champagne reception is followed by a sumptuous dinner with wine, magical entertainment, dancing to Dirty Martini – with some very special guest appearances. Tree of fortune, a high-class raffle and, up for auction, some amazing treats:
* A week in Carcassone in June 2009. A beautiful house sleeps 12, set in stunning grounds with
stream, own swimming pool, tennis court
* One night’s Dinner, Bed and Breakfast at the five star Four Seasons Hotel with spa
* Night for two with dinner at the brand new riverside Radisson Edwardian New Providence Wharf

Can you help us? As a Voluntary Aided school, we have to raise 10% of all building costs to unlock the Government’s capital. Governors and parents are busy raising funds for the 10% slice of the work’s total cost of £1.25m. Please support us.
This week, builders completed the new Gym’s steel structure. The Gym will be open by Christmas. In March work starts to transform the old Gym into a Creative Arts Centre.
A booking form for the Silver Ball is attached and a Gift Aid donation form.
