The PE department at Bishop Luffa are committed to providing as many sporting opportunities as possible. At present coaches provide opportunities for Yoga, Trampolining, Fencing and Judo.
The department are pleased to welcome James Bone of Generation Tennis to the extensive extra-curricular programme. James will be running Tennis lessons on Monday nights after school. Each session costs £3 and will last for 1 hour. For this half term only the sessions will be offered as ‘pay as you play’ sessions. Year 7 -8 play from 2.45 – 3.45 pm, Years 9 -13 from 3.45 – 4.45 pm. As of the Easter holidays the sessions will need to be booked up in advance (Letter to follow shortly) so please book up early to avoid disappointment. After the Easter break we are hoping to extend provision into the early evening and offer opportunities in Tennis to the whole Bishop Luffa community (details to follow shortly…).
