
This year’s Evening of Dance took place on Friday 20th April 2018. The event had a great atmosphere with many friends, family and staff coming to watch the 130 performers showcase the high quality of Key Stage 3 and BTEC Dance work produced this year. It was a spectacular showcase of talent and demonstrated the passion and dedication the pupils have at Bishop Luffa for dance. As always it was inspiring to watch the original and technically demanding choreography created by the pupils and they all performed beautifully.
The pupil-led Tech Team did a great job of ensuring the smooth running of the show overseeing the sound, lighting and stage management.
The Inter-house Dance Finals also took place on the night in front of judges Rachel Boarer from RnB Dance Company, Samantha Sanders from Chichester College and Jo Lawlor, Head of Arts Faculty. The results were as follows:

Overall winners of the Dance House Cup were Wilson and Head of House Mr Allman, alongside returning Mr Goldsmith, were ecstatic and together collected their trophy.
