Bishop Luffa School Arts Faculty Summer Exhibition
Wednesday 19th June 6.30pm – 8.30pm
We are pleased to announce once again that Fruition is to take place on Wednesday 19th June in the School’s Creative Arts Centre. The evening is an opportunity to celebrate the fruits of our creativity in the Arts over the year and allow our students to showcase their work.
You are warmly invited to drop in at any time during the evening to experience all of the following:
- The annual Art Exhibition presenting the work of GCSE and A Level Art students;
- BBC Microbit exhibition and demonstrations from the Digital Leaders in Computer Science featuring the Microbit robots;
- Dance performances from Year 10 BTEC students, KS3 dancers, RnB Dance and the winners of the House Dance competition;
- Extracts from this years’ House Drama Festival;
- A series of short plays performed by members of Drama Club;
- Screening of GCSE Media Studies Music Videos and A Level Media Studies Cross-Media Productions;
- Live music performances from Swing Band, School Band, Worship Band, Singing Group and small ensembles at the bandstand;
- A live DJ set from KS3 music students;
- Year 10 GCSE Music student compositions;
- A live lighting and sound demonstration by the Bishop Luffa School Technical Youth Theatre.
It promises to be a highly enjoyable and vibrant evening. We do hope you will be able to join us.
