A fantastic night was had by all.
A total of 127 guests were treated to a fantastic five course meal prepared by professional chef Juliet Graham, ably assisted by a number of parents in the kitchen. A table top magician helped provide entertainment in between courses and a magnificent Address to the Haggis was given by Dr Adrian Hamilton, as well as a beautiful rendition of "Old Willie's Prayer" by James Baird.
Mr Hindman gave a fun tribute to Robbie Burns, followed by The Lassies Toast (Simon Tooley) and a Reply on behalf of the Lassies by Nicky Christopher.
To quote one guest "I don't know how you manage to do it each year, but they just get better and better. This was your best one yet. I'll defintely be back again next year!"
A huge thank you to all the parents who helped set up the Bartlett Hall and our magnificent Year 10 Waiters and Waitresses.
Burns Night actually falls on a Saturday next year, so even though it's a year away, please put the date in your diaries - Saturday 25 January 2020. We were very nearly fully booked this year (130 places), so places will be on a first come, first served basis.
