Bishop Luffa Arts Faculty are proud to be performing Grease for our annual School Production on Tuesday 3rd, Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th March 2020 at Bishop Luffa School in the Bartlett Hall from 6.30-8.45pm. There will be an interval with refreshments available.
Grease is a 1978 American musical romantic comedy film based on the 1971 musical of the same name by Jim Jacobs and Warren Casey. Grease depicts the lives of greaser Danny Zuko and student Sandy Olsson who develop an attraction for each other. The film stars John Travolta as Danny, Olivia Newton-John as Sandy, and Stockard Channing as Betty Rizzo, the leader of the Pink Ladies.
Released in June 1978, Grease was successful both critically and commercially becoming the highest-grossing musical film ever at the time. Its soundtrack album ended 1978 as the second-best selling album of the year in the United States.

If you prefer to pay by cash or cheque, please make cheques payable to ‘Bishop Luffa School’. All envelopes should be clearly marked with your child’s name, tutor group and the date of the production you would like to attend, and placed in the red letter box outside the library.
