On Wednesday 8 March, 20 pupils from Year 10 attended a GCSE conference at Chichester Cathedral on varying religious and social debates.
The day consisted of investigating hot topics such as the Church and Environment, War and Pacifism and Prejudice and Discrimination. After these enlightening discussions, the conference was completed by a final panel Q & A on a number of relevant socio-religious discussions.
The day was extremely helpful in supporting our current studies in RE and also developing further understanding of relevant beliefs and arguments. We would like to thank our teachers (Mr Owen and Mrs North) for taking time out of their day to accompany us to the cathedral.
