For us, relationships between home and school are highly valued and it is important that we work together to ensure that your children have a positive start to secondary school.
As part of the transition programme your child will be visited by a member of the pastoral team at their primary school. There is an information evening for parents and carers, followed by a visit day for Year 6 students on the first Wednesday in July. (Dates are available each year on the calendar on the school website). Details of these two events will be confirmed in the Transition Tuesday communications. It is important for us to have up to date contact details for you, including phone numbers and preferably an email address that you will be able to check regularly as this is the quickest and easiest way for us to keep you up to date.
