Mrs Claire Duke

I trained as a teacher in Northern Ireland, completing both my BEd and MEd degrees at Queens University, Belfast. I began my teaching career in Oxfordshire, before moving to teach in Portsmouth, and I joined Bishop Luffa School in 2018. I have worked as a middle-leader for 14 years, and hold National Professional Qualifications in Leading Teaching, and Senior Leadership. I currently lead the RE Faculty at Bishop Luffa School. It is a privilege to champion the young people in our community, ensuring they experience 'life in all its fullness.'  My eldest son is due to start Bishop Luffa School in September, and I know he will enjoy it here, just as much as I do.

I was brought up in a Christian home, not too far from where a certain C.S. Lewis was born. My faith is the cornerstone of my life. I have the joy of being part of Hope Church, Chichester, with my husband and our two children.
