GCSE Examinations 2022

ParentMail sent 8th April 2022

Dear parents and carers,

Your children have been emailed their GCSE exam booklet today. This contains very important information about the GCSE exam process and will be a vital reference point over the coming weeks. The booklet also contains a copy of the GCSE exam warm up and revision session schedule (attached). Before each exam, a warm up session for the subject will be run, these concentrate on technique and the aim is to get your child focused and ready for their exam. We strongly advise that all students attend all revision and warm up sessions.

May I also draw your attention to the letter Mr White sent out in March, copy attached. This outlines the arrangements for attendance during the exam period and the importance of students registering attendance in school on our electronic system. It is important that you fill in the form on Parentmail indicating where your child will study from 6th June.

I would like to take this opportunity to say how impressive your children were during their recent mock exams. Our exams officer commented on their politeness and conduct being exemplary.

Please do let tutors or Heads of House know if there is anything we can do in these final weeks before the exams to support your children. We are thinking of and praying for them as they prepare and revise.

Best wishes,

Katie Faulkner
