Bringing Local History to Life

Lift Off students have been helping to bring local history to life at Emsworth Museum through the creation of their own exhibition posters. As part of the Fresh Perspectives project, they have selected fascinating objects from the museum’s collection, researched the stories behind them and transformed their discoveries into engaging displays. Their creativity, curiosity and fresh perspectives are helping to share Emsworth’s rich heritage with the wider community, proving that young people have an important story to tell about the history of their local area.
