The Spring term has been a very busy time for LAMDA students at Bishop Luffa School. In late January a number of candidates competed in the Chichester Festival for Music, Dance and Speech at Oakwood School resulting in wins, placings and successful performances from all students who entered.
This was closely followed by the first exam round taken by 40 students in February achieving a 100% pass rate with 87% gaining a distinction. Luke, Charlie and I would like to congratulate all candidates for working so hard and well done to students who gained their bronze, silver or gold medal, accumulating valuable UCAS points! A great result.
Finally congratulations to Tom Congalton who is the recipient of the Bishop Luffa LAMDA Cup 2024. Tom is currently preparing for his gold medal Public Speaking exam which he will take in July, along with the current cohort of LAMDA students. Good luck all!
