Bishop Luffa could once again host the Interhouse Dance Finals after a three-year hiatus. The long-anticipated competition saw a large number of students enter dances into the heats and the top three from each year group performed in front of a panel of judges; Jo Lawlor, Jenny Feakins-Taylor and Rachael Boarer. The audience also had the ability to vote as the fourth judge and the results are displayed below. Mr Hindman had the pleasure of announcing the overall Interhouse Dance winners for 2022 - King House!
The competition event had a great atmosphere of friends, family and staff coming to watch the performance. Thanks to all who came to support the event, it was a spectacular showcase of talent and demonstrated the passion and dedication the students have at Bishop Luffa for dance.
‘It was great to see the student’s ability to work together to create such original and technically demanding choreography. Clearly a lot of hard work has gone into the rehearsals and they all performed beautifully and were a pleasure to watch.’
